?Abstract? With the fast development of economic globalization and Chinese national comprehensive strength, more and more private enterprises actualize the strategy of international business.However, the private enterprise needs much capital for the strategy of internantional business. But many private enterprises inevitably face the problem of the ?capital bottle-neck?, which restricts the development of international business of private enterprise.So, private enterprise must finance on global capital market for meeting the much need of capital in the process of international business. But facing numerous financing methods in the process of financing, it is very important for the development of private enterprise that how to choose rational financing methods for enhance the financing efficiency.Under this background, this paper has studied financing methods that private enterprise can get really in the respect of the internantional business of private enterprise, and constructed evaluation system of financing methods. Under considering the factors that influence the choice of the financing methods of private enterprise synthetically, this paper has designed evaluation system and constructed evaluation models of the financing efficiency and capability by using the multifactor fuzzy comprehensive appraisal (FCE) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) methods, thus this paper has drawn the priority order that the private enterprise is how to choose the financing methods. The above-mentioned conclusions offer certain theoretical direction to choose the best financing methods according one?s own conditions during the financing. Summarization and prospect are given in the last of this dissertation.
